This is to inform all the Unit Holders of Lucky Islamic Money Market Fund that the Trustee of the
Fund has given consent on the first Supplemental Offering Document dated April 16, 2025,
regarding addition of Key Fact Statement as per SECP Circular# 08 of 2025.
In the above context and in terms of Regulation 44(6) of the Non- Banking Finance Companies
and Notified Entities Regulations, 2008, the above referred changes and modifications
amendments shall be made effective from April 30, 2025.
