This is to inform all the Unit Holders of Lucky Islamic Fixed Term Fund that the Securities Exchange Commission of Pakistan has approved the first Supplemental Offering Document vide approval letter no. SCD/AMCW/LIFIF/2025/66 dated 28 August 2025, regarding addition of three new plans under the umbrella of Lucky Islamic Fixed Term Fund.

In the above context and in terms of Regulation 44(6) of the Non- Banking Finance Companies and Notified Entities Regulations, 2008, the above referred changes and modifications amendments shall be made effective from September 04, 2025.
