CDC – Trustee & Custodian
As a Trustee & Custodian, CDC takes into its custody all the assets of the Collective Investment Scheme/Pension funds and holds them in trust on behalf of the Unit holders/Participants and carries out instructions of Asset Management Companies (AMCs)/Pension Fund Managers (PFMs) in respect of the investment portfolio while ensuring Regulatory Compliances, protecting Unit Holder interests and maintaining confidentiality & integrity in all manner.
ITMINDs – Back Office Accounting
ITMinds Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited, have signed an agreement enabling ITMinds to provide Back Office Accounting Services to Lucky Investments. ITMinds will facilitate Lucky Investments in concentrating on its core business activities, by providing back office accounting services including Settlement, Unit management, Fund accounting, Facilitation for Compliance Reporting, Business Continuity and IT arrangements.
